Participants Needed for Women Walking in Portsmouth Research Project

Are you a female* resident of Portsmouth aged 18 or over?  

About the Study: I am a research PhD student at the University of Portsmouth. My thesis focuses on how different women experience walking in and around Portsmouth and the barriers they face – which might include physical boundaries, time, money, transport restrictions, or health, socio-cultural or psychological factors. 

*(this includes female-identifying, transgender or gender-fluid people)   

Who Can Participate? 

I am looking for up to 10 people who identify as female and aged 18+ to take part in this study. 

What’s Involved? 

  • One-on-one interviews conducted remotely and confidentially via Zoom 
  • Interviews will take between 40 minutes – 1 hour 
  • Detailed participant information sheet and consent form provided 

Your Participation Matters! Participation is voluntary, and you can withdraw up to two weeks after the interview.
